How to Work Through Stress

Jaima will present an interactive session on stress, providing practical tips on how to work through it.  She is uniquely qualified for this type of presentation, as Jaima is an Independent Contractor for Dale Carnegie of Central Indiana and is also a partner in the franchise.  As a corporate consultant for Dale Carnegie Training, Jaima works with area companies and organizations to arrange training that will meet their specific needs.

A Delaware County native and Daleville High School Bronco, Jaima graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology.  After several years in a lab as a microbiologist for Hoosier Microbiological Laboratory Jaima changed career paths to positively impact people’s lives through training and education.  This choice led her to Dale Carnegie

Jaima is the proud mother of a beautiful and bright 11-year-old daughter that currently attends Yorktown Middle School.

Jaima is member of Women in Business Unlimited, Business Networking International and the East Central Indiana Human Resources Association, and is a member of the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce’s Ambassadors Council.

Speaker Amy Irving, Sales & Event Manager at Horizon Convention Center, is more than qualified to guide the planning of your business or personal event.  Amy has been with Horizon Convention Center for 3 years is responsible for coordinating most of the weddings and not-for-profit monthly events.  Amy also helps coordinate all of the Chamber of Commerce events.

Amy has lived in Muncie for 21 years.  She attended Ball State University where she studied elementary education.  She owned and managed a retail computer store for over 10 years and understands the many aspects of running a business from managing and training employees to advertising and marketing. 

Amy lives in Muncie with her husband and 3 daughters and enjoys golfing and spending time with her family.
