Reservations are required. Cost is $15 before Friday, March 15th at 5:00 PM. Reservations made after the deadline will be charged a $10 late fee by the caterer. Cancellations made after the deadline will be invoiced, but you are welcome to send someone in your place.

The new Open Door Health Center in downtown Muncie, opened in December, 2011, is very eco-friendly, with a green roof, a geo-thermal heating and cooling system, a French drain system, and LED lighting. It is also filled with artwork by local artists, commissioned by vendors and companies who performed the renovations on the building.
Open Door Health Services is a not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center that acts as the safety net for the uninsured and underinsured of East Central Indiana.
As a community health center, Open Door Health Services helps save the national health care system between $9.9 and $17.6 billion each year just by providing preventive care and cutting down on unnecessary emergency room visits.
