Presenting Sponsor Information

• Presenting Sponsors are $150.00
  • This includes one lunch ticket.
• The Presenting Sponsor will have the opportunity to make a five minute presentation about your organization.
• Recognition through promotion sent to membership.
• Opportunity place marketing items and/or materials at each table as well as table centerpieces (approximately 75-100 guests and 10-12 tables).
• May provide a door prize(s).

Presenting Sponsors are secured on a first come, first served basis. We only host one Presenting Sponsor per month.

 Vendor Booth Information

• Vendor Booths are $50.00.
  • This includes the cost of one lunch ticket.
• Reservations for Vendor Booths are due by the Thursday at 5:00 the week prior to our monthly luncheons.
• Opportunity for a 45 – second announcement with our “Roving Reporter”.
• May provide a door prize(s) to be given at the luncheon.
• One 6-foot table will be available to display your organization.

We are limited to eight (8) vendor booths  per month. Vendor Booths are secured on a first come, first served basis through Eventbrite registration; choose ‘vendor booth with one meal ticket‘.

To further promote our vendors, we ask membership to visit the booths and secure three signatures and enter a drawing for a door prize. If you would like to donate a door prize(s) for this opportunity, we welcome it!
