Building a team takes REAL work and strategy. The challenge is not finding a willing participant, but the RIGHT participant to fill each position on a team. We will discuss tips to help you easily identify personalities and possible roadblocks to building a team that works. Presented by Susie Ripley, East Central Community Liaison for the Office of Community and Rural Affairs.
Susie Ripley is committed to helping communities discover their hidden talents and assist them in building economic capacity to achieve their vision for community development. Susie has worked to help build communities through her extensive experience with the YMCA, and most recently, her work with the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs with former Lt. Governor Becky Skillman and current Lt. Governor Sue Ellspermann. Susie is recognized for her passion and ability to bring volunteers, staff and community leaders together to achieve a common goal and purpose.
