Did you know that 61% of wealth in the US is controlled by women? Women face unique challenges when it comes to money and finances. We typically outlive our male counterparts, work fewer years, yet in general pay less attention to our investments. So what can we do to help build and protect our wealth? Come find out as we discuss the “Five Rules for Financially Wise Women” at our August luncheon!
Hines is a native of the Muncie/Yorktown area. Dawn is married and blessed with 2 small children. Dawn received her Bachelor degree from Ball State and her Masters in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan.
Dawn is currently a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones, serving clients in the Muncie area. She enjoys helping with growth and continuing education within the Edward Jones firm. She is a board member at A Better Way and an active CASA. Dawn’s hobbies include water skiing, air chairing, and chasing after her children.
Erika Hayes grew up in Fort Wayne, IN. She graduated from Ball State University with a BA in Spanish and French and from Middlebury College with an MA in Spanish.
After studying and working abroad for a period of time, she decided she wanted to enter the business world and started working at a financial firm in Muncie in 2012. This started her career in finance, and she completed her Series 7 and 66 to become a registered representative in 2013. After the birth of her daughter Ava, Erika switched to Edward Jones in August of 2014. She is passionate about informing investors and helping them reach their financial goals.
