Empowerment Series: Kristen Bitzegaio

Join us as WIBU’s own Kristen Bitzegaio talks about Managing Your Stress to Be Your Best.

Avoiding stress in today’s world is impossible, so the best thing we can do for ourselves is learn how to manage it. From learning crucial time management skills to figuring out how to be more mindful and purpose-driven, this Empowerment Series presentation will focus on not only managing the stress in your life, but leveraging your stress to be more focused, more effective and the best version of yourself.

Kristen Bitzegaio is the executive director of Back to School Teachers Store, a nonprofit organization that provides free classroom supplies and resources to educators in Delaware County. In addition to heading up BTSTS, Kristen is a committed community volunteer, wife and mother to two rambunctious little boy under the age of five. She is the vice president of Tri Kappa, a philanthropic organization that supports charity, education and the arts, serves on the board of Women in Business Unlimited,  is an adviser to Muncie Young Professionals, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Muncie. Kristen has a bachelor’s in public relations and a master’s degree in nonprofit management. During her graduate coursework, Kristen focused on helping others learn how to manage their time and stress more effectively.

This free session will include a light lunch, a encouraging message from Kristen, and a time for personal connection with each other outside of our regularly scheduled luncheons.
