Topic: Using your Voice with Impact, Intention & Influence

Thresette Briggs is Chief Performance Officer of Performance 3, a national leadership development firm. She believes that every leader can be a high performer, with the right opportunities and the right culture. To that end, her firm partners with global leaders to build diverse, high performing cultures through virtual and onsite keynotes, training, coaching and consulting services and products that include leadership meetings, learning series, retreats, and strategic planning.

Before launching her firm Thresette spent over 20 years’ in senior leadership in corporate America. Her firm now partners with leaders in global companies and organizations in over 10 industries with up to 10,000 employees and over $20 billion in revenue, such as Toyota, American StructurePoint, Balls State University, and Moser IT Consulting.

An author and owner of a coaching program and high-performance strategy implementation product, both registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Thresette has multiple honors and recognition like Great Lakes Women’s Business Council Award of Distinction, Evergreen Leadership Community Builder Award, and Starkey Entrepreneurial Woman Award finalist, and serves in multiple national and community leadership roles.

P3 is a City of Indianapolis and State of Indiana Minority & Women’s Business Enterprise, a Great Lakes Women’s Business Council national WBE and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Thresette holds multiple professional certifications. She received her BBA from Wichita State University and her MBA
from Indiana Wesleyan University.

She will discuss the impact 2020 has had on women, making maximizing our collective voices even more critical. Women who examine and address voice gaps by identifying barriers and implementing strategies for closing them, increase ability to use their authentic voice more successfully for pursuing and pivoting to new opportunities in the new reality.

This interactive presentation uses concepts from P3’s patented IDS Performance Coaching® program, to allow participants to reflect and enhance awareness of how they’re using their voice, and provides strategies for closing gaps for maximizing leadership growth and business sustainability.
