This month we’ll hear from Peggy Cenova, Regional Director of the Indiana Small Business Development Center.
About our Presenter:
Peggy Cenova is the Regional Director for the East Central-ISBDC. In that position, she advises small business owners and managers to help their businesses start, grow and flourish. In that capacity, she has helped more than 30 businesses open in East Central Indiana. She is the former owner of the specialty advertising catalog company – Straight Status, which was listed in Inc. Magazine’s 500 fastest growing businesses.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Universit y East and an associate degree from Ball State University. She is a former officer of the National Speaker’s Association of Indiana and a former president of the Hagerstown Town Council. She is active as a member of the Rotary Club of Muncie and sits on the board of The Shafer Leadership Academy, Perfect Circle Credit Union, and YWCA of Muncie. She was a WIBU 2016 Athena Award nominee.
Her expertise is in strategic planning and business sales success. Peggy is a voracious reader and loves studying business and marketing best practices. She likes to iron, enjoys traveling, and tries to listen more than she talks.
